Yes the ammonia needs a filter in tank 1, right away. Or a 100% water change. Or at least some drops of Prime etc.

All tanks that have 'off' readings need large water changes immediately, red gills are a sign of ammonia poisoning so this tank will need to have 80% of the water changed and then it needs to be monitored everyday checking to see if they are stabilising, if there's a spike or the levels aren't dropping do another change.... Water changes are your friend :)

What would you guys prefer for a fungus remover for a tank?

Seachem: Kanaplex can be used for fungal treatment. Are you sure it's fungus you're dealing with?

Fungus.
I used API: Pimafix a long time ago to treat a fungal outbreak in my 15 when I made the mistake of overstocking. All of my mollies and my platy had perished under that treatment, I'm not sure if it was the medication itself or what, but it helped clear the fungus that was beginning to develop on my dwarf gourami. I wouldn't recommend it, as it's not the best meds to use. Look into the Kanaplex but also look into other choices before going with a product.

i was looking at Api Fungus guard, but im unsure of that one
