Hi everyone,
Well today we descoverd the tank's seal has gone on the sides... So we have had to go out and tub a tube of Aquarium Sealent Extra Strength! So repair work on the tank will start when it's fully dry.
Today we are starting on the stand, It's taken alot of damage so it needs it's support beams removein and new ones fitted....
Also the pain work on the stand is scratched and marked so we have bought some Granet style sticky back plastic used on kitchen cuboards etc to make them look new! So I hope that works out well!
The Hood has some mega issues, All the supports have broken so they need refitting and the lid doesn't work cause the hindges have rusted and snapped so we have bought new ones to refit them.
So far we have spent £15.00 in total!
I checked the filter etc last night and all worked, The light has a nice pink glow, Heater and rest all came on fine.
These are the Before pics will add new ones tonight when it's been restored.
