well I have had some problems in my tanks the past few days and cant seem to figure out why. I have 3 tanks currently set up. I have one 10 gallon and two 5 gallons. In my 10 gallon I have lost a single oto and still have 4 left. I found the little guy yesterday and from the looks of it it had been dead for 1-2 days which was after the last water change (I think). I checked all my tank stats and all are in check (including PH). I haven't seen any problems since then but I know there fed since I keep some Zucchini in there and switch it out every other day. The snails have at it but I am not sure about the otos. I also feed them 2 types of algae wafers but again have not seen them eat it but don't know for sure. I know that al my current otos seem to have bellies on them so I assume their fine. The Molly are fine as well and in a few weeks plan to give the young ones to a LFS.
The main problem is in the 5 gallon with the ADFs and Puffer in it has a anorexic ADF in it. I have fed the tank every other day with blood worms and snails every other day. While the other frog is fine the skinny one is half the side its suppose to be and dosent eat that often. To help with the feedings I have moved him to a 5 gallon tank by himself where he has been for the past day or 2. He has eaten some food and I feed him small amounts each day but he still seems very skinny and also he is currently floating at the top of the water at this time, he is alive (i checked) but I am worried. Besides that I added 4 Ghost Shrimp to my 5 gallon with my puffer and have no issues as all, the puffer ignored them from the moment they where added. Pics below of the 2 tanks.

1 Puffer, 1 ADF, 4 Ghost Shrimp
If anyone can make suggestions as to anything I can add to the tanks such as hiding spots, plants, anything to help out my fish in general it would be appreciate. As would any feeding suggestions for the Otos or any of my fish/frogs.
