im starting to see agression between my dwarf gouramis in my 55. would i be able to move one of them to my 20 gallon that houses an abf?(and about 6 glass cats live there too, no problems between the abf and glass cats )

There shouldn't be a problem, but keep an eye on the ABF, they can be somewhat territorial with other surface dwellers. Hopefully the gourami will figure that out and steer clear of the butterfly
