Ok people,
Heres my plan. Currently in my 33 gallon I have:
3 angelfish
12 juvenille convict cichlids
4 bronze corydoras
1 red tailed black shark

My plan is to put some of the convicts in a 40 gallon with two juvenille RES, and the restocked 33 gallon will look something like this:
4 angelfish (or maybe just 3)
6 cardinal tetras
3 emporer tetras
2 dwarf gouramis (one pair)
2 rams (one pair, if I can find them, and they look nice, most in my LFS arent very colorful)
8-10 bronze cories
1 red tail black shark
Way overstocked? What do you think? O, by the way, I have an Aquaclear 200 filter, a Penguin Bio-Whell 170, and an undergravel filter. I do weekly water changes, about 10 gallons or so (2 5 gallon pails). I also have some snails in, as well as an airstone. So, your opinions please!

I wouldn't do more than 3 angelfish - 10 gallons for each b/c they can get territorial.

I would also leave out the RTBS as they can get aggressive as they get older and would pose a threat to the angels and cories.

For the tetras, I'd focus on one kind and get 9 of them instead of 6 of this and 3 of that.

It's still pretty overstocked though - you're putting in your 33 almost exactly what I'm putting in my 46 and have concerns about...

Even with all the filtration and weekly water changes? Ok, then, how about this:
3 angelfish
5 emporer tetras
1 pair dwarf gouramis or 1 pair rams
8 bronze cories
1 RTBS (He was my first fish, and surprisingly, hes very peaceful, he's got lots of hiding places, and mainly comes out just after the light goes out or comes on. He doesn't bother the angels or cories or anyone. I've never had an angel or cory die, and the only fish Ive had injured or die due to aggression was a female betta, by a male, I didn't know that male and females should not be kept together at the time.

That looks much better

"Squeezing" fish into a tank isn't just about filtration, it's also about allowing the proper amount of space for fish to set up their own territories, especially when you're talking about cichlids :)

Seems kinda bottom-heavy though, what with the 8 cories, 1 RTBS and pair of rams since they like to spawn on the ground. You should get only about 4 cories and some livebearers instead for the top level, which could also give you a constant supply of live food for your fish :p
