Hello! I recently finished cycling 2 tanks. My 120 litre has 1 yellow lab and another random one I got from the assorted malawi section in my local fish shop. Also a Bristlenose. I don't know an amazing amount about African cichlids because I was researching discus but decided against it. I was thinking these Malawi's to go in the tank and was wondering if these were okay:
-Eastern Blue Johanni (and to make sure, males are electric blue and sort of black and females being yellow)
-Electric blue Johanni
-Yellow Nape Hap which is blue apparently)
-Cobalt Blue Zebra
-Bumblebee Zebra
-Yellow Peacock
and maybe some more.

I look at http://www.aquaticstoyourdoor.co.uk/ for choices

Thanks!

Your tank is on the small side for anything more than a trio possibly two of the mbuna that you listed. If you just want a few males leave out the haps and peacocks, they'll likely get beaten by the mbuna. Also anything with similar adult colors should not be combined, they'll fight constantly. What are some of the other fish you were considering?

Thanks for the info! When I said other fish, I just meant any African cichlids I may like but haven't seen or heard of. So the max I could keep is 3? What is mbuna?

mbuna are rock dwelling cichlids they stay towards the bottom of lake malawi, swimming around the rocks and grazing on algae. were as peacocks are more open water cichlids, they like to swim around in more open water
