tank load

my 15 gal currently houses 6 corydoras 2 ottos 2 tetras and 2 mollies, im gonna move the tetras to another tank and maybe the mollies too.. question how many cardinal tetras can i add to my tank ?

I'd guess your tank was around 60cm by 30cm by 30-40cm (2' by 1' by 1'). That would have a stocking limit of around 20-30 fish, depending on size and the filtration. I'd add 10-14 cardinals, as that would leave you room for more fish in the future. That's just a guide, go either way a bit.

actually my tank is only roughly 10.5X14.5X20 inches...
around 26.5 X36.8 X 50 cm ?? so its still the same ? 10 cardinals ?

I disagree. I think putting 10 cardinals, 6 cories and 2 otos in a 15 gallon is too much - especialy if you want other fish as well. I'd say to go for about 6 tetras and then monitor your water parameters and, once they are full grown (cardinals are bigger than neons remember) see if a single water change weekly is enough to keep nitrAtes low. If it is, you may consider more. If you keep the mollies in there, I wouldn't add any more fish at all.
