As some of you may know/remember im renovating my dads very old fish tank its been a bit of a mission.. as it was in a bad state
so ive had to clean everything up and respray all the non glass parts of the tank .. so trimming, lid, light housing etc
my problem at the moment is:
i was removing the light electrics etc from the housing but i found a massive piece of rust, which has gone into the electrics (its pretty safe to say its a write off tbh), the light holder (being plastic) has become stupidly brittle and is falling appart.
now i was wondering if anyone knew a place where i can buy replacement light reflectors and electrics?
my plan is to use the same light cover but use araldite to fix some new brackets inside it so i fit a new light system for the tank.
the tube is around 40cm long could be longer .. im at work now and didnt think to measure it
