Tank Is Low On Fish.

Hi Guys

Currently I have,

1 Keyhole
2 Bolivian Rams
and a Siamese Algae Eater

In a 37 Gallon Tank

Its fairly understocked and looking empty, I am probably going to get another keyhole and am tempted to get some more cichlids.

Any recommendations

Don't be ridiculus, you need an alligator gar in that tank.

I wouldn't add anymore cichlids (after a second keyhole) if it were my tank.

You're probably going to want to have a look through the possible shoalers you can get, tetras, barbs, rasbora etc. There are too many for me to just list them... but what you probably would appreciate knowing is that things like neons and rummynose stick to the middle/bottom of the tank.
This can lead to the top of the tank looking bare, so just have a look on something like Aqua Hobby, see what takes your fancy and come back when you have a vague idea of what you might want... there are too many options to list for a 37gal tank! lol.

Only thing I would advise is to stick to one species rather than have two shoals of smaller species.

You might want to think about some purely bottom feeders aswell such as the smaller loaches (my favourite being kuhlis) or some corydoras (personal favourite is Sterbai).

well i had 5 yoyo's but they didnt do to well with my substrate so I took them out, I wouldnt put any corys in because i have a fine gravel

its a shame I would love to have some.

Well I will defiantly add another keyhole. Ill do some more research before I decide what shoal of fish to get

Perhaphs with fine gravel you could consider a small plec/pair of plecs. Maybe a pair of common bristlenoses? Or some of the smaller ornamental plecs, if you look in the 'catfish' section of the board you'll find a pinned topic called '30 plecs 8" and under' or something like that... anyways it might give you a good starting block.
