hi, i would say a min of 4ft length, they like lots of swimming room.

think i can have 2 or 3 in a 72g bowfront? 48x18x22 if so what about other tankmates?

IMO 2 is not wise!! A trio would be better, but 2M/4F would be ideal.

As stated already, they prefer plenty of swimming room. They also use a considerable amount of floor space to build their spawning pits!!

They are a sight to behold when spawning!!

I do have access to these, but they are small...an inch or so and comand a HIGH price!! Of course at this size they cannot be sexed either!!
