So Im thinking about changing around the decorations in my tank into a way where the fish might have more room to move about and be able to see them better. Just a few questions about it though. Im thinking of taking everything out and starting again.

1. Will it cause alot of stress on the fish?
2. I know it will cause the tank water to go cloudy, is this harmful to fish?
3. Will a lower amount of plants have a negative effect on the fish?
4. Will this have a negative effect on plants that are already rooted in the substrate?

Basically I want there to be a small open space for my fish to hang out in the front so I can see them more, also im thinking of getting some pepper corys and I know they like grazing room.

If you're going to a major rescape, I'd take all the fish out, put them in a bucket or spare tank with the heater, keep the filter wet.
I found it was less stressful as they weren't having to dodge my hands all the time as I moved stuff.
If your plants are well rooted, try not to disturb them too much
