Well other tangs for my tang tank in my sig I might not get the lelepui after all although I like them. I was thinking about Brichardi? Others? :dunno:

i wouldn't keep the o. lamprologus with the yoyo loaches in the first place. ocellatus prefer a much harder water than the yoyo loach. also ocellatus need a shells to feel comfortable. shells should have a 6" radius for their territory. loaches are bottom dwellers. in a 29 gallon i would not add anything else and would remove the loaches

I would get more than one leleupi....and brichardi get along quite well with them. Good luck btw...remember there are many very nice breeds of brichardi as well, not just the kind I have. There are some way better ones out there.

My loaches have been with the o. lamprologus for 3 weeks now. I added them days to the tank before the o. lamprologus and right now the loaches are more dominant than the o. lamprologus. I have lots of shells, rocks, but also have one piece of african driftwood which the loaches have claimed. The loaches have been in my water which is 9.0 for a long time and they are doing great. I totally understand what you're saying but I think I'm going to leave the loaches in with the o. lamprologus for now and if I ever need to move them there is room in my community tank.
