I agree with veiltail, you can tell because the outer edges of the tail on a veiltail curve in, while the edges on a delta/superdelta/halfmoon curve outward.

Definately a VT, and as for the tank being minimal, thats what you sort of want if they're in a smaller tank... more gravel / decorations and stuff cut back on their swimming space in an already small tank. As for the shaking, I think maybe they just weren't holding the camera very steady?

IDK about the moving, but as for a heater and pump, if the person lives in a house where room temperature stays steady at or above 73 -74 ones not really needed, and on a tank that size most people don't do pumps either, they just do frequent water changes. I know my bedroom stays around 75 degrees and I put the stick on temperature gauges on my tanks to see, even in the middle of the night when the house cools off some the water never goes below 73 degrees, so I don't have heaters on my small tanks either.
