Only thing you ever remove from the tank filter is the black carbon that removes meds.

Well, theres carbon in this like foam thing that collects poop, do i open that up and remove the carbon or the whole white thing that captures poop and stuff.

Is it easy to remove the carbon, as we don't have them cartridges over here, i've heard it's a pain to get the black carbon out of them.
