T5 Or T8 Lighting?

Hi

Just brought a secondhand juwel 190 and it need new bulbs. How do I tell if I need T5 or T8 bulbs? What is the difference and can a T5 fit in a T8 unit and vice versa?

Do I need the reflectors.

On the light it says 2 x 18w which i presuming is a T8 unit?

T5 wont fit in a T8, the cap of a T8 (the hole in the middle) is about 3cm (1") just measured mine T5 is smaller
