Hi Guys
My T5 H-O Ballast finally arrived due to devastating floods in queensland it was heavily delayed. I installed it today and noticed that one of my tubes the T5 24w Power Glo tube kind of blinks a lot before it starts whereas the other just illuminates. The reason I posted this is because if it is faulty today (5pm) is the end of my 2 week period to exchange it :\
Should I be worried, it glo's brightly after about 2-3 seconds of blinking
