T5 Light Question

Im quite intresting in getting one of these for my nano:

I know the actual bulbs in it may not be to good but has anyone got any experience with these or other recomendations?

I'm looking for some nano t5 lighting as well for my 18'' long 6 gallon tank.

I've clicked the link but could only find a picture. What the spec on these lights?
