Syndontis Decor Catfish

Here is my 7 in catfish "LEO" (One week in tank) with my Oscar.
What is the best way to care for it?
I know that i need to put food in at night or else oscar will eat it.

Nice looking syno, but it's not a decorus. I had a decorus for a few years a while back and it looked nothing like that.

My LFS said it was a Syndontitis Niassae. Who big will it get ? Best food?
