Sylvania Spot-gro Bulb For Chaeto?

i just bought this to go over my mangroves and chaeto in the refugium. do you think it will suffice?

Chaeto loves grow bulbs . I use a flourescent grow bulb, but typically anything designed for plant growth works well on Chaeto. Remember, its an exceptionally shallow-water algae thats used to getting more greens yellows and reds of the spectrum
