Swordtails - White Mouth - And They're Pregnant

Last night they were fine. today the green swordtail (heavily pregnant) has what appear to be a white growth on her mouth and isn't closing her mouth.

the orange one also pregnant, has whiteness around her left set of gills.

have used interpet anti - internal bacteria treatment. but what is the likely cause of this? and what is best to treat it?

im sure ive seen fish with this problem too and would liek to know what it is

Size of tank in gallons or litries.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Columnaris can affect the gills aswell.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing just to make sure a parasite not involved.
Any excess mucas on the gills.

How long have you been using the interpet med.
Best to lower temp by a few degress with columnaris.
