my big male swordtail has just been laying at the bottom of the tank for a few days now
I think it is just because he is growing his "sword"
Is this mostlikely true?

No it’s not true check your water conditions what other fish do you have in your tank it may have been picked on by a another fish.

maybe the shark was picking on it then.
But I have seperated him after he was chasing my other fish, we gotta get rid of him tomorrow now he is too agressive
hopefully in the next few weeks he will be better
