Swordtail Looking Glumb

I have a male and a female swordtail and the one with the sword on its tail, not sure if thats male or female is hiding in the tunnel (half a mug) and wont come out, any ideas, apart from that looks fine. thanks

How many gallons or litries is the tank.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Need to rule out bad water quality first.

he or she seems fine now and has been swimming around as normal think i panicked a bit i do worry about my little fishes!
