Swimming Side To Side

i was making a water change last night and when i put the water in the neons started swiming against the current like they were having fun

any ways they started swimming funny side to side wobbley and upside down there fine now but were they dizzy

my neons do that wonder if they find it a challage

Do they swim against the current from your filter or while you are pouring the water? Do you add the dechlorinator before or after the water change?
