I've had my male Lyretail Molly for about six or seven months. He lives in a live bearer community tank with four female mollies, another male molly and an assortment of other fish.
This morning I noticed that he was laying on his side in the back of the tank, he was unable to swim to the surface to eat. He doesn't stay upright and he's gasping....He just sort of floats around on his side gasping.
I'm pretty sure he's on the point of no return but I'd like to know what this may be and if it'll spread or anything.
