Surface Agitation - How Much?

I have a Fluval Roma 240 with a Fluval 306 external filter I also have a Hydor Koralia 3200 power head in tank to help with  circulation and dead spots.(power head points down into tank)
 
 
I am now fairly heavily planted and have now moved one of the out take nozzles to point down into the tank (to eliminate another dead spot) this leaves one of the output nozzles pointing at the service to give surface agitation.
 
 
Will this be enough for oxygen exchange or should I re position the 2nd nozzle to point up again?

As long as the surface water has some visible rippling going on, it should be just fine.

Yep I still have surface agitation from the one nozzle pointing up so hopefully ok.
