Sure grow planter sand

I bought some sand from home depot today intending on using it in another tank setup I'm working on.
Does anyone know anything 'bout this sand?
The bag says its non toxic, but nothing else.
Is it ornate?

Dont know about that particular sand but playsand for childrens sandpits is good as a substrate and is safe to use.

I would think that would be meant for use in garden planters, and is probably enriched with fertalizers for land plants. I don't know if it would be good for your fish. Does it have any ingredients listed anywhere on it?

No, theres no ingredients on the bag anywheres.
Just says its non toxic below the brand name.
hmmmm.

I 'spose I shoulda mentioned that there will be no fish in this tank, just plants.

I wasnt lookin for info on whether or not its safe for fish.
just wanted to know whether it was ornate or not.
