I've done a search here on the Forum, and haven't come up with any postings on the sumo loaches. Anyone have them? I just got one today, and don't know if they have different care requirements from the other loaches. Thanks!

If you have one, you don't have a real problem. These are schisturas, so you need slightly cooler temp, and slightly more air/current, but they seem to be hardy.
The real problem is that these are very aggressive toward each other (and likely toward similar species as well), they are very likely to fight to the death. In at least two cases people I know of, people bought 6 and ended up with 2, the rest being killed. In a lfs around here, they were killing each other right in the store tanks....
Unless you have a large tank, say 30g, with lots of hiding places and obscured view, don't even think about getting another...
