Suitable Shrimp For My Tank?

Currently Have a 330litre Tnk with Mollies, rainbow shark, tetras, 2 plecs, danios

Will Mountain shrimp be okay in this tank as When I had algae shrimp 1 was eaten and 3 were constantly hiding so had to move them to another tank.

I know mountain shrimp are a lot bigger so was wondering if they can handle their own in this set up.

Also do they work with Yellow Lab Cichlids?

rock shrimp would be a good additon. They grow to about 2" in length. re very hardy. too big to fit in your current residents mouth. they can also fend for themself and are good at eating left over food/bacteria.
