Don't know what it is, but they might became suicide, this have happen to me 2 times, a few weeks ago i found one of my glofish stuck in the inlet (i have the 2 tube attached, they get stuck in the middle part) of my aquaclear filter, i though he was dead, but when i take him out he was still alive but was really bad, one of the side fins was kind of broke he couldn't move it, and the back fin (don't know if this is the name) was missing the upper part, i though he was gonna die, but i keep to see what happen, until now fish is fine his side fin is working again and his back fin is growing.

I add some more glofish on last tuesday, on saturday i came home and found another glofish in the inlet, again i though he was dead, and took my time to take him out, i feed the fish, and do some things, about 1/2 later i take the inlet out and it was alive, but this seen more beaten than the other, he wasn't unable to swim and as soon as i take him out of the inlet he went to the bottom, and struggle to swim, my girl ask me to euthanize him, but i couldn't i prefer to keep it in the tank and see what happen, happily he's still alive and like nothing happened.

All my fish look healthy they eat fine and swim all over the tank, around filters inlet and nothing happen, but this have happen 2 times, are glofish that curious that they want to know what's in there and then get stuck??

They're not suicidal they're getting sucked in! You need to cover up the inlet as soon as possible so they don't get trapped, maybe with some netting or something like that?

I put some pantyhose, but the flow decrease to much, but they swing around it with no problem, and they aren't sucked, are they caught when they aren't looking?? :hyper:
