Suggestions For Good Cucko Mouthbrooder

Hi guys. My cuckoos are at the stage where they're about to be breeding. Can anyone recommend a good mbuna that will be able to get a few gulpfulls of baby catfish?

Basically i'm after an outgoing (and colourful) fish that won't hide all the time, that can breed my cuckoos.
