Agree to disagree on that one. I personally think that guppies should be in water between 25-28°c. I'd say that your temperature is fine for fantails but not guppies.
Bring it up, the Guppies will do better at 24-26oC, the fan tails will be fine at this too, just don't go any higher.
The Goldfish will more than likely try and eat/nip the fins of the Guppies when they get bigger.

It's worth taking on-board what BigbruiserAl said too, the tank isn't suitable for Goldfish long-term.
Your going to learn very very quickly that 95% of places that actually sell fish either give you the minimum amount of information and basiclly know very very little about fish keeping, you should talk to the people who actually keep the fish correctly in there community tanks at home, the real people people on these forums![]()

I have a fantail fish, not the common goldfish, fantail require a 15-20 gallon tank, my tank is a 35 gallon..
