Sucker Pad

On one of my suction pad the keeps the air line attached to the side of the tank gets white dust? on it once a week, it only happens on this one and the pump suckers are clear. Just wondering what this can be? every time i see it i just use a unused little paint brush to dust it off.

Is it inside the tank? My heater suckers are always covered in white slimey stuff. No idea what it is, I just wipe it off each week.

Yes it's inside of tank, but like you just clean it off, but would love to know what it is
