I don't have any experience with the Mogurnda species, but my rainbowfish ate my big shrimp (Atyopsis moluccensis) for breakfast. There are still a few little rainbowshrimp (Neocaridina sp. tiwarii) in the tank, I think... They are in constant hiding...
If the Mogurnda, who live in the same areas as the rainbowfish do, are anything like that... I'd say chances are slim...
