Fishies.

I Fed them all some Prawns last night, And they all loved it.

But I forgot to Wash them.

This Morning :( All My Full Grown Algae Eaters + My Loaches + Mr Clipers + 3 Kuhlis

The water was almost a milky color.

So fished them all out and what was not eaten.

50% water change and changed the Carbon in the Filter.

Gonna Do another Water Change later on.

Luckily My 2 New Keyholes Were not affected and have survived, Could not resist them when I sam them at the LFS.

When I saw the tank, I expected My cories to be Casulaties, but they are all fine

Sorry about losses psgill00. :-(

I'm confused and a little nervous. I feed my fish live brineshrimp and bloodworms once a week.

What do you mean by washing them? :dunno:

Yes, I'm a little worried too - I gave my puffers some live river shrimp yesterday (from the lfs, not the river lol). I assumed they're safe.

Sorry to hear you lost so many....

It was Prawns I fed them not Shrimp.

But The Prawns Did not kill them.

The Wife had given them overipe Mango, I only give them firm mango.

She told me After she got home from work

If Mango IS left in the water for tooo long it will make the water extremely cloudy and the pulp breaks up up in the water.

From past experience over ripe mango decentigrates in warm water and the fish start gasping. The Loaches Couldn't take it.

I'm sad though, as I was going to take them to work with me on saturday as they were really big now. The largest was 6".

I might get some more young 1's again as they are very energetic fish
