Stuck For Ideas In Small Tank

oooooh what are they called...lamp eye tetras? They are pretty cool

I know you said you already have a shrimp tank but how about another variety of shrimp for example Rilli shrimp, yellow cherry shrimp, blue cherry shrimp, or any number of the other amazing shrimp available over seas. If I could I would have blue tiger shrimp and cardinal shrimp, but alas they are just not allowed into Australia.
The only other small fish I can think of that might do ok in a 25L tank would be some of the small killifish but they often need lots of live food and males can be aggro so trios are best kept in species only set ups.

Ember tetras? Might look nice against a heavily planted tank if you fancied that option.

EDIT:
Just noticed you already have those, sorry. The other fish I can think of have already been mentioned
Dwarf Puffers are small, but while DPs are probably the right sort of size, they might benefit from a tank a little larger.

Thank you for all the ideas, looks like it's going to be rasboras of some kind with maybe a scarlet badis or two, will have to look those up
