stressed electric blue?

Hi everyone.I'm starting to worry about my electric blue.He is starting to breath alot heavier and faster than usual,he is also pacing along the lenght of the tank as well as from top to bottom.Just did water quality check,everything is perfect.The only difference in the last few days is that i have added a female to the tank and done a water change.He is still eating well.I have also slowly increased temp from 24.4C-25.5C(?-75.5F)
All other fish are fine.

Sounds like the female has fetched something in with her, sounds like a parasite, is the fish flicking and rubbing on objects, and are the gills red and inflamed, or pale.

Checked on him this morning when i got up and he looks much better.Dont know what was up.

it's ICH.The first spot has shown it's ugly head this morning.Started treatment immedeatly.
