when adding stress zyme to a tank, should u do so before adding the fish or after adding the fish!

There's no need to add it at all, as long as your tank is cycled it is safe to add fish, I presume you know about cycling?

Is it better to use ammonia or this product when first setting up a tank and doing a fishless cycle. I called at a lfs and they said i didnt want to use ammonia, i should use this product. I thought i'd check with the experts on this forum.

I can recommend the fishless cycle using ammonia as detailed in the beginners section of this forum. As far as I`m aware there are no "magic in a bottle" products available in the UK that actually work
