Has anyone had any luck with Stress Coat Water conditioner?

I use it as well to dechlorinate the water.....I think it does it's job okay. :)
Does anyone know if you can ever overdose a tank with stresscoat? I don't think you can but it was just a thought? ;)

i use it regularly but don't know of a way to test if it is doing its job.

I used it for a while and yes, it did the job.

I found it expensive to use though and it gave everything (including fish) a sort of sheen which although it looked nice, gave the tank an un-natural look to it. Of course I may have been using it wrongly!

Now I use Tetra Aqua Safe which I find better.

Hope this helps but best to give it a try and see what you think.

As far as I know its extremely difficult to overdose on dechlorinator. I have never heard of anyone doing this.

I have used stresscoat and it seems to work well. I switched to a different brand because I have a lot of tanks and wanted something that treats more gallons. But with most small tanks it is a great product. Basically any normal dechlorinator works well though. Stresscoat is basically the same as Tetra Aquasafe, or Start Right or Wardleys version or anyother basic dechlorinator.
