I came home from work today, and noticed a strange bump that wasn't there the previous night. (I had done a water change, and didn't see anything out of the ordinary at the time).

He hasn't been showing any odd behavior, and he was swimming merrily among the new plants I put in his tank to replace the plastic ones.
Although I didn't expect him to come out with the lights still on to investigate.

He's about 5cm/2inches long, and his tankmates are:
10x Neon Tetras
1x Albino Corydoras aeneus

I'm not sure what the bump is, I initially thought it might be a fungus, but it's more like a pimple than cotton.
He also looks really pink/pale in the photo, but I think that's because the light is shining through him, he's normally much darker.

Pardon the blurry image.
What should I do? I don't have any other tanks to put him in if I need to get him away from the others D:

I'm of the opinion that most bumps and pimples on fish are bacterial in origin, so I'd be inclined to treat as a bacterial infection. Myxazin is what I normally recommend.

Is that something I can treat the whole tank with? Or should I set up a hospital tank for him specifically?

I'd treat the whole tank.
