Hi, just finished fishless cycling my 120 litre tank and was doing my final water change before getting some fish (today hopefully). I just found one of these small yellowy maggot-like things, could someone please ID it and let me know what I should do, and are they harmful?
It's about 1.5-2cm and is wriggling a bit.
Thanks (I've only found one btw, sorry for the reflections in the martini glass...)

It looks like the larval stage of some sort of terestial insect, try to get a pic of it in a flat sided jar for a proper ID.
