Strange Angelfish Doings

I just noticed one of our 6yr old angel is going through the breed motions without a mate. Shes trying to lay eggs but nothing is coming out. She looks red around her genital area and abit swollen too. Anybody ever heard of this or know what it could be?

But no eggs are actually comming out and she looks swollen

No, I haven't, but maybe it is time to get her a mate...

There is 5 other angelfish with her so odds are one had to be a male

OK, not quite sure what's going on then. If she's not distressed then I'd just keep an eye on things for the moment.
