Store bought BBShrimp hatchery

I just bought one of those bbshrimp hatcheries and was wondering how well do they work?? also, what if some of the unhatched eggs and shells get in my tank? will it hurt my fish??

Hi...I have one of the hatcheries, but not one that attaches to the tank. You hook it up outside, hatch them and then strain. The shells are indigestible to the fish and, if eaten, can cause obstruction. SH
