Hi, my 30 gallon tank is cycled.

I would like to stock it with:
5 juve Scalare Angelfish
3 triple red cockatoo Apistos (1M/2F)
Cardinal Tetras.
(maybe a catfish at a later date)

How may Cardinals could i have, 15? and would i be able to get another 3 apistos of a different type?

the tank will have caves and lots of live plants, filter is an Eheim internal and there is flourite substrate.

i also have a 130 litre tank which i hope to setup by summer to move the Angelfish into as they grow - hopefully leaving a pair in the 30G.

might be overstocked.... ask an expert on here im a begginner

those apistos might get aggresive with the angels and the angels could eat the cardinals

Agreed, you will be over-stocked but only because of the angels. I'd recommend only 1 Angel and even that may be pushing it...
