okay so right now, my 50 gallon reef tank has the stocking of
2 occelaris clownfish
4 regular firefish
1 blue tang (is going back to lfs once gets too big)
1 wheelers watchman goby
the whole CUC
1 cleaner shrimp
1 pincusion urchin
1 pistol shrimp

is there anything else that you would recommend or is my tank pretty stocked out?

i no i always sugeest it but carpenters or filamented flasher wrasse, cant wait to get one myself :hyper: they look awesome at the LFS.

or a fridmani pseudochromis is a lush looking fish, inspired me to start marine!

i dont think ur tanks fully stocked if ur taking the tang back once its too big, and ive been told about 8-10 for my 40g.

dwarf angel fish, take a look at my CB on "so it begins" your be persuaded its a beaut!

i was also thinking about a mandarin once my tank fully matures. i also love the filamented and carpenters :hyper: theya re beatiful. about the coral beauty, i just dont know if they will pick at my corals or not

yeh mandarins are beautiful, il start looking into one of them wen my tank reaching at least its 6month bday!

check out the possum wrasse too thats nice, its about 40 quid though and ski n lynden told me its a bit shy but still looks nice!

as for coral beautys ive nto heard of them nipping corals, ive only heard of flames occasionally doing it, im not entirelly sure though. someone may be able to clarify it! i may go n research into it actually!

It's pot luck with any Pygmy Angel to whether they will nip corals

Some do some don't

There is a risk involved with all angels; some individuals will, some won't. There is a list of the best ones in the article I wrote.

ive always liked the possum wrasse. im not going to risk it with angels becasue i have really nice corals like hammer coral, green star polyp, button polyp, colt coral, mushrooms, and regular polyps. if anyone has some suggestions that would be great

would a peacock pufferfish be alright. dont know if this is the real name so here is the scientific, canthigaster papau. are they reef-safe or not? just say a couple at my lfs today and thought they were beautiful. would they be all right in my tank or not? thanks in advance

Yes they are, tobies (Canthigaster) eat mostly algae and tiny invertebrates. They probably got their bad rep from the larger Arothron puffers which are powerful enough to kill fish, hard corals, snails, and crabs.

If you get one make sure there are no powerhead inlets they can get sucked into

They aren't strong swimmers and I lost my valentini that way as did a Friend of mines

one of my powerheads is like 1" by 1" and the other is like .2" by 2". would this be okay
