Stocking - Tankmates For Cons And Jewels?

The angels would become torn to pieces trust me i tried keeping my most hated angelfish with a convict and it shredded it to pieces in about 1 hour

OK back to the original question. I have
2 female convicts, one striped and one albino
3 young jewels, all siblings from same batch of fry but the largest is twice the size of the smallest who is bullied by him.

Can I add 2 adult angels and 1 inch yellow lab fry? Angels and fry live 3 miles away from me in same area and are used to the same tap water so pH and hardness is not an issue. I am setting up a 4ft tank with lots of hiding places.

The female convicts, and jewel cichlids (who will fight with each other once they reach sexual maturity) would work with fish like firemouth, and Blue Acara. Labidochromis(yellow lab) would not be able to defend or hold territory which is what cichlids do.
Angelfish would be set upon eventually if not immediately by the more aggressive convicts and jewels.
The jewels are juveniles at the moment, and many cichlids can be kept together when young. It is when they reach sexual maturity (four to eight months), that these fish begin to start asserting themselves. If the jewel cichlids you have should happen to have a female, and or a male, they will make it rough on the other tank mates regardless of size. The two convict's being females, may or may not create trouble with tank mates as they reach adult size. some females are less aggressive than others.
Would look for south american cichlids such as those mentioned (Acara,Firemouth)for this tank were it me.
Don't take my word for it,read nearly any book on cichlids or google info on same. I think you will find that your tank mates for the convict's and jewel's will be limited due to their very well earned reputations.
