Stocking Tank Help

i am stocking my 77gal uk

i want bigish fish in what could i get?
i was going to get an oscar but they take up to much space then i thought piranhas but i didnt fancy my hand bitten


so what then i have no idea

filterlation: fluval 304 external & im geting an eheim internal 2212
i like alot of filterlation

how about bichirs?some of them get quite big

There must be oodles of New World cichlids that would fit the bill- ask in the New World Cichlid forum.

Also, any number of handsome plecs.

A harem of pearl gouramis would look nice.

Me, I might just settle for giant danios or goodeids.

But if it is one character fish that takes your fancy, then I would think the cichlids are for you.
