Stocking Suggestions For 200L Tank

Haha I get what you mean. I was planning on buying around 7 initially to make sure my filter can handle the bioload and then slowly increasing the number over a few weeks.

I'm still slowly adding Glowlight Tetra to my other tank (it's been 2 months haha)  so I can wait to have a fully stocked tank 

 
Just another question. My boyfriend has been looking into the redtailed shark and he came across the rainbow shark. He likes the look of them so is it also compatible with the barbs or should we stick with the redtail?

The rainbow shark could work too, its up to you and your boyfriend  
Do make sure to thoroughly research them though, as both have slightly different needs.
