Stocking questions

Hi all,
I am soon to be setting up a new 40 gallon and have come up with the follwing idea of what I would like in it. Does this sound OK? Also I will be doing a fishless cycle (see previous post) but I was wondering which of these fish I should put in first and how many.

8 Harlequin Rasbora
2 angel
6 cardinal tetras
2 blue rams
6 silver hatchets
1 small algae eater of some sort

Oh, and I should have said, I want this to be a planted tank so anything that is going to munch plants is out!
