Stocking Question

have a 54l tank (61cm long, 31cm deep, 36cm high) which is running 2 filters (std compact h juwel filter and a fluval u2) with bubble wall.

in said tank i was looking to stock 20 neons, 1 betta, 2 maybe 3 cories and 3 otocinclus -- is this ok whilst they are all still juveniles?? if so, when fully grown what could i keep in this tank?

that stocking should work in a 2 foot tank with the filtration you've got.

the corys should really be in groups of 6+ though. Think your stocking should still be ok given the over-filtration though.

cool - thank you!! but are you saying with the over filtration that i can have more corys than 3? surely not can i?

sorry, when I saw 2 foot long I presumed you had at least 75L-90L, just re-read and it's only 54L

hmmmm, in that case my first post is invalid. I would forget the otos, cut the neons down to 15 and maybe then 6 corys would be ok.

corys and otos should be kept in as large a group as possible. 6 is the bare minimum recommended.
