Stocking Question?

I already have a 60gallon tank with 2 oscars but I'm really interested in starting a south american tank. I really want to make sure I'm not overstocking so I thought I'd check here first.

How many yellow labs, cobalt blues, or bumblebess could I have in a 32 gallon tank?
